WHAT IS BLACKBERRY ADMINS AND WHO CAN ACCESS

We've made it easy. All you need is in one portal.

HOW CUSTOMERS ACCESS

Simply go to BlackBerry Admins and log in with your BlackBerry Online Account. We recommend you bookmark the home page for easy access in the future. Important: GFE Good Online Portal credentials cannot be used.

If you don't have a BlackBerry Online Account, or upon login are displayed a message indicating you don't have proper permissions to access, please follow the instructions applicable to you:

NAMED CALLER ON YOUR COMPANY'S ACTIVE BTSS CONTRACT

BlackBerry customers control who can access BlackBerry Admins. How it works:

When a company purchases a BlackBerry Technical Support Services (BTSS) contract, BlackBerry lists the technical contact on the purchase order as a named caller.  That named caller can add additional named callers, up to the limit allowed in their company's BTSS contract. Contact the person who manages the BlackBerry BTSS contract in your company to get added.

Follow these instructions to access BlackBerry Admins:

Step 1: Ask your company's current named callers to add you as a named caller . They must send the invitation to your corporate email address.

If you don't know who your company's named callers are or they have left the company, then contact Customer Care at + 1-866-723-4663 (option 3) or +1-408-739-2040 for assistance.

GOOD DYNAMICS CUSTOMERS

When a company purchases Good Dynamics-based solutions, BlackBerry creates a private BlackBerry organization for the company within BlackBerry Admins and designates the org status as "Customer". The admin listed on the purchase order is invited to join. When they accept the invitation, they automatically become the org "owner" and gain access to BlackBerry Admins.

By clicking on the "My Organization" menu in the header of BlackBerry Admins and selecting "Members", the org owner can invite colleagues and partners to join.  When each accepts the invitation, they automatically become an org "admin" and gain access to BlackBerry Admins.

Follow these instructions to access BlackBerry Admins:

Step 1: Ask your company's org owner or admins to send you an invitation to join your company's organization. They must send the invitation to your corporate email address.

If you don't know who your company's org owner/admins are or they have left the company, then contact Customer Care at + 1-866-723-4663 (option 3) or +1-408-739-2040 for assistance.

Step 2: Accept that invitation. If you don't have a BlackBerry Online Account, then it will prompt you to create one. You must register with the corporate email address that was invited. Registration takes just minutes. You simply complete a short form, click on a link in a validation email and then log in.

ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS

If your company has not purchased a Good Dynamic-based solutions but do have other Good branded solutions, then please contact Customer Care at + 1-866-723-4663 (option 3) or +1-408-739-2040 for assistance.
